About VPNPulse
VPNPulse explains virtual private networks in ordinary language. It is a sister site of NetPulse, which has free tools for speed tests, DNS, and IP lookups.
What this site is
Guides to what a VPN does, when people use one, and which published facts are worth reading before you pay a provider. We do not operate a VPN service. We do not score providers, run speed tests, or name a winner.
Links to providers
The compare page links to NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark, CyberGhost, and Proton VPN. Next to each link, the page says the provider may pay us if you sign up through it. The longer note is the affiliate disclosure.
